HOME ORGANIZATION FOR ADHDERS
Helping ADHDers Get Their Homes Back In Order
Hi there, I’m Alana
I’m an organizer and I have adhd myself!
It’s not a contradiction: I had to learn to get organized for me and my family to function.
And it was the experience of decluttering and organizing a home that was dangerously over full that taught me two essential things. One, it’s incredibly empowering to live in a home you’ve intentionally curated and two, adhd friendly methods and customized organizing solutions is how it gets done and stays done!
LET ME ASK YOU A QUESTION
Are you fed up with living in chaos? Too overwhelmed and exhausted to deal?
I get it because I’ve been there. I tried every home organization method and cleaning routine out there for years and nothing worked! Like many with undiagnosed adhd, I didn’t know my problems were brain based. I felt like a failure.
But it doesn’t have to be that way!
What if you could…
- find what you need when you need it without going on a scavenger hunt.
- declutter and organize all the way from start to finish
- get your home in order and be able to keep it that way.
YOU ABSOLUTELY CAN AND I’M HERE TO HELP YOU!
Whether we work in person or on-line, you will learn how to work with your adhd to organize your home — and how to organize your home so that even with your adhd, it never gets overwhelming again.
Let me help you get your home under control with adhd friendly methods.

The Joy of Home exists on Treaty Six territory and within the Métis homelands and Métis Nation of Alberta Region 4. Traditionally known by its Cree name, Amiskwaciy Waskahikan, now known as Edmonton, Alberta, this land along the banks of the North Saskatchewan River has long been a traditional gathering place for many Indigenous Peoples, including Nehiyaw (Cree), Denesuliné (Dene), Nakota Sioux (Stoney), Anishinaabe (Saulteaux) and Niitsitapi (Blackfoot). I connect to this land with love for walking along the forested paths of our river valley and taking pictures of the sky.
The Joy of Home is committed to reconciliation. Please read the Truth and Reconciliation Commission of Canada: Calls to Action.
